What to know when starting a new lease​

• Prospective Tenants are subject to a credit check.  

• A $250 Lease Generation fee is required for a lease to be started.  If the prospective tenant signs the lease the $250 will go towards the initial money down on the unit.  If the lease is not signed the money is non-refundable.

• All units require a first, last, and a deposit which is equal to one months rent.

• Parking spaces are based on the size of the unit.  Smaller spaces do not include parking spaces however there is plenty of parking around the building.  At times we can rent out parking spaces if available.

• When leases are presented we do require them to be notarized.
